- What is the difference between a free QR code and an editable QR code?
- A free QR code contains your link itself, so the destination can't be changed after printing. An editable QR code points to a short link that you can redirect later from the dashboard, and it comes with scan stats and design options. Editable codes are on paid plans.
- Do free QR codes expire?
- No. The free QR code contains your link itself, so it never expires. It stops working only if the page it points to goes away.
- Is it really free? Do I need to sign up?
- Yes. Creating and downloading a plain black-and-white QR code is free, with no account. The QR code is created in your browser.
- Can I change the link after I print the QR code?
- Not with a free QR code. To change the destination after printing, you need a paid editable QR code.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. Paid plans are a one-time payment ($39, $79 or $119), with no monthly fee.
- What happens to my editable QR codes if I stop paying?
