Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QRMaple (the "Service"), operated by QRMaple ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QRMaple lets you generate static QR codes and create dynamic QR codes and short links that redirect to a destination URL you choose. Static QR codes are generated entirely in your browser and require no account. Dynamic QR codes and short links are hosted by us and resolve through our redirect service.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email address to create dynamic QR codes, short links, or a project. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You can delete your own account at any time from the dashboard ("Delete account", at the bottom of the page) — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that deletes and what it keeps.

3. Licenses and payment

Paid plans are one-time purchases that unlock a tier of usage limits and features described on our pricing page. A license belongs to the account that bought it and applies to every project that account owns. We do not charge a recurring subscription fee for licenses sold under this model.

60-day refund. If you bought a license on qrmaple.com, you can ask for a full refund for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Email support@qrmaple.com with the email address you bought with. When the refund is processed, the license is deactivated and the account goes back to having no plan; your links and data stay available for export. Licenses bought through a marketplace (for example AppSumo) are refunded under that marketplace's own policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, host, or redirect a link to content or activity that:

• Facilitates phishing, impersonation, or credential theft;
• Distributes malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Facilitates fraud, scams, or deceptive redirection of any kind;
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or violates their privacy;
• Is otherwise illegal under the laws that apply to you or to us.

We may disable any link, without prior notice, that we believe violates this section or that has been reported to us as violating it. A disabled link stops redirecting; the destination URL and history remain visible to the link's owner in the dashboard.

5. Data export

You can export your full list of links as CSV at any time from the dashboard. This works for every account, including ones without a plan.

6. Redirect continuity

If we ever discontinue the Service, we intend to keep the redirect endpoint for existing links running for a reasonable period afterward so that printed QR codes and shared short links do not immediately break. This is a statement of intent, not an indefinite guarantee, and does not replace your ability to export your data at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
